Be sure to include
photocopies of the front cover of each of the five levels being submitted for consideration,
together with the application form found in your Student Activities Handbook. The copies are necessary to verify the scores.

MSMTA MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY
An update to the MSMTA Directory will be published and distributed
soon. Please take the time necessary to check your listing for accuracy.
Any changes should be sent to: Richard Hartzell at rlhartzell@verizon.net.
You must personally notify MTNA of all changes as well.
2004-2005 Theory Curriculum Guide
The Theory Syllabus on a CD will be sent to all new members free of charge for the initial copy, and $5 for
additional copies. Current members may order a syllabus on CD for $5. If new or current members want a hard copy
mailed to them, the charge will be $30 to cover printing and postage, made payable to MSMTA. Addendums/Corrections will be provided free to members as they are published.
There are order forms for both the Theory Syllabus and the Keyboard Syllabus in the current Student Activities Handbook which was sent to every member in the fall. (There is no available copies of the MSMTA theory syllabus at this time, orders will resume later).
